Remarks:
One third of the 1984 Freedom Set of trappers. This one has blue smooth bone handles and a double oval "CASE" block letter shield. Regular serial number on the right front bolster and comes in a large red clamshell that says W. R. Case & Sons Freedom Set in gold. There is also an American Flag on the box. Both blades are etched in black. The clip blade says ' Liberty Bell _ 1753' and has an image of the Liberty Bell. The spey blade says 'Declaration of Independence _ July 4, 1776 ' and has an image of the declaration scroll. New grind tangs on chrome vanadium blades.
For best results, type in the “Simple” model number. For many knives the tang
stamp model number is the simple model number. The top picture shows model number 6392. This is
the simple model number.
If you have a knife not in a catalog that should be, or a picture of a knife
we show in black and white, we encourage you to send these pictures to david@wordyisms.com. If
you do, we will add your name as an authority on this knife, if you wish.
