The Golden Circle Knife Club was founded in 1978 in Tennessee.  I believe it had a ten year run with the last knife a Case G6199 ½ made in 1988.  There were only  44 knives made in this edition.  Interestingly, of the 6 XX knives I have found for this company, five of them have 1981 Factory tang stamps, but three different club years are on the blades-from 1981 to 1983.   The earlier knives were made in larger quantities for a club.  For example:  150, 300, and 500 knives.  Here are almost all the XX knives from the club.
