The Catawba Valley Knife club created 6 Case knives between 1974 and 1992.  The first three knives had blade work by Shaw-Liebowitz.  The last two of the Shaw-Liebowitz knives have the same 1981 tang dates, and  both indicate that they are 5th Anniversary knives, but the blade work is different on them.  Here’s 4 of the 6 found for this club.
