KnifeDB currently has images of 22 COA’s attached to 2016 Case xx pocket knives.  (And a whole bunch of COA’s for other years!).  FYI, if a certificate lists multiple knives, then I try to attach a copy of the COA to each of the knives listed.   Many of the sets are broken and the knives sold individually.   Having the COA  info available can help the collector in reaching a “BUY” decision.
