The first Case xx knife for this club appeared in 1988.  The last XX found was in 2007.  A total of 9 Case knives have been documented.  Typically the edition sizes were only 40 to 50 knives.  Most of the knives have an image of the St. Louis arch, the “Gateway to the West”.
